Case Study 案例分析:圣天诺与钉钉集成实现自动化授权
客户背景 客户是提供计算机仿真软件与方案的公司。从2018年起使用阿里钉钉(DingTalk)的办公自动化系统,用于内部邮件、出差申请、费用报销、通信以及各种工作流程的管理。在软件保护与授权方面也是使用圣天诺LDK软授权方案。 问题陈述 授权审批的流程原本要使用钉钉,但问题在于钉钉与授权服务器(EMS)不能通信。授权请求得到批准以后,仍需要一个专门的授权操作人员上手动创建授权。针对客户的需求,我们为他们设计了一个自动化授权方案。 需求 打通钉钉与EMS之间的连接,实现从授权审批到授权生成,并最终通知销售代表的全自动化流程。这自动化流程能节约人力成本,提高运营效率,和改进客户满意度。 原有手动授权流程(Original Manual Authorization Process) 自动化授权方案 (Automated Authorization Program) 新自动化授权流程(New Automated Authorization Process) 客户使用体验(Client User Experience) 结果 自动化授权降低了人力成本,缩短授权申请到生成的时间,提高运营效率。因为这过程能更快速的完成,用户可以在短时间内获得了授权,更提升了客户满意度。另一个意外的好处,就是在新冠疫情(Covid-19)的特殊时期,保证了业务的连续性。
